Membership and Facility Usage
Membership: Membership at Kyodo Coworking Spaces is subject to approval and acceptance by management. Membership benefits and terms may vary depending on the type of membership chosen.
Facility Usage: Members are granted access to our coworking spaces during operating hours, subject to availability. Usage of facilities is for the intended purpose of coworking and professional activities only.
Payment and Cancellation
Fees: Membership fees and any additional charges for services must be paid in full and on time as per the terms outlined in the membership agreement.
- By agreeing to recurring payments, the cardholder authorizes PayMongo to automatically deduct payment from the given credit/debit card account until he/she revokes such authorization. The payments shall be charged at the start of each billing cycle, which shall be dependent on the agreed products/plans. After the processing of payment, the Merchant shall reach out to the cardholder if his/her payment is successful or not. PayMongo shall not be held liable for the Merchant’s failure to notify the cardholder regarding the payment status. The cardholder further acknowledges and agrees that the billing cycle and amount to be deducted are dependent on the instructions made by the Merchant to PayMongo.

Cancellation: Memberships can be canceled according to the terms specified in the membership agreement. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy.
Liability
Liability Waiver: Kyodo Coworking Spaces shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property on its premises, except where such loss, damage, or injury is directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Kyodo Coworking Spaces.
Personal Property: Members are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment while on Kyodo Coworking Spaces premises. Kyodo Coworking Spaces is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Intellectual Property
Website Content: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on the Kyodo Coworking Spaces website is the property of Kyodo Coworking Spaces and is protected by copyright laws.
Trademarks: Kyodo Coworking Spaces trademarks and service marks may not be used without the prior written consent of Kyodo Coworking Spaces.
General
Amendments: Kyodo Coworking Spaces reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically for any changes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
